Week 12

After going camping I ended up getting sick last week.  I think I might have worked out Monday.  I can’t be sure.  Anyway, I know the rest of the week I just didn’t have the energy.  Oh well, I’m back on track this week and we bought a recumbent excersize bike over the weekend.  I just rode it for 30 minutes on top of doing my regular workout this morning.  So, we’ll see how I feel in the morning.  I hope to ride it three times a week.
